- • Hall of Famer Lou Brock of Southern University and the St. Louis Cardinals
- • Two-time All-American Brad Wilkerson of the University of Florida and the Montreal Expos
- • 2003 College World Series champion coach Wayne Graham of the Rice Owls
- • 16-time NAIA National champion coach Ed Cheff of Lewis-Clark State College
- • Two-time NCAA Division III Player of the Year Tim Jorgensen of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh
- • Grandson of the late Frank Sancet, longtime coach of the Arizona Wildcats
And the winners of these awards, given to the best and brightest from the 2012 College Baseball season:
- • The Dick Howser Trophy, college baseball's version of the Heisman Trophy
- • The National Pitcher of the Year Award, college baseball's version of the Cy Young Award
- • The Brooks Wallace Award, given to the top collegiate shortstop
- • The Johnny Bench Award, given to the top collegiate catcher
- • The John Olerud Award Two-Way Player of the Year Award
- • The NCBWA Stopper of the Year Award, given to the nation's top relief pitcher
